Wagner forces are on the verge of exhaustion under Bakhmut

The American Institute for the Study of War (ISW), in its regular report on the situation on the Russian-Ukrainian front, concludes that the pace of the Russian offensive in Ukraine has slowed down compared to previous weeks, and the Wagner forces trying to capture the city are on the verge of exhaustion.
According to the official representative of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Alexei Dmitrashkovsky, the Russian army is now carrying out 20-29 ground attacks daily, while their number was previously 90-100. Dmitrashkovsky explains this with significant losses of workforce and equipment transported by the Russian forces.
