Aliyev's staff suggested the representatives of Artsakh authorities to hold the second meeting in Baku

The staff of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, issued a statement in which, in particular, it is said:
"The staff of the President of Azerbaijan invites the representatives of the Armenian community of Karabakh to a second meeting to continue the contacts to discuss the issue of reintegration, as well as the implementation of infrastructure projects in Karabakh. It is proposed to hold a meeting in Baku in the coming days."
