In 2022, Ukraine ranked third in the world in the volume of arms imports after Qatar and India. In the five years since 2018, Ukraine has ranked 14th in this indicator, with a 2% global importance share.
The USA (34%), Poland (17%), and Germany (11%) became the three most prominent suppliers of Kyiv. This is stated in the annual report of the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI).
