The US State Department called on the parties to avoid escalation and violence
The official representative of the US State Department, Ned Price, commented on the protests in Tbilisi and called on the parties to show restraint and avoid escalation or violent actions.
Price once again reiterated that adopting the law on "foreign agents" will harm Georgia's relations with its strategic partners and endanger its "Euro-Atlantic future."
