Ukrainian military pilots are training to fly F-16 fighter jets

At least two Ukrainian pilots are currently in the US and training in simulators at a military base in Tucson, Arizona. NBC News, citing two members of Congress, reports that the movement aims to assess the pilot's skills and calculate how long it will take to learn to fly modern Western aircraft, particularly F-16 fighter jets.

It is expected that ten more Ukrainian pilots are scheduled to arrive in the USA in March. Officially, Washington has not approved the supply of F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine.
