Foreign policy in Germany will become feminist

On March 1, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Annalena Baerbock, and the Minister of Economic Cooperation and Development, Svenja Schulze, presented an 88-page plan for the country's feminist foreign policy that the German government has published.

According to the plan, at least 8% of German development funds must go to projects related to gender equality. Another 85% of funds should consider this objective as secondary. In total, within the program's framework, it is planned to invest 12 billion euros in this way. A position of "feminist foreign policy ambassador" will also be established.
