The program proposed by the EU for the normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina assumes that Serbia will not oppose Kosovo's membership in international organizations. This is stated in the document's published text, which the parties previously agreed upon.
"The parties proceed because neither can represent the other side in the international arena or act on its behalf. Serbia will not oppose Kosovo's membership in any international organization," it says.
Radar has been informed that, in addition, the program involves the recognition of license plates, passports, and other documents, the creation of representations, and the activation of relations in various fields. In addition, the parties should refrain from blocking the actions of the other on the way to EU membership.
Under the EU presidency, Belgrade and Pristina should establish a joint commission to monitor the implementation of the agreement points within the framework of a possible settlement.
