Igor Demin, the adviser to the president of the pipeline company, told RIA Novosti that "Transneft" has started exporting Kazakh oil to Poland, from where it will be delivered to Germany.
Kazakhstan's national company "KazTransOil" announced earlier that it handed over the first batch of 20,000 tons of oil to the "Transneft" system for delivery to Germany.
