The UN Secretary General takes note of the decisions of the International Court of Justice

The Secretary General of the United Nations takes note of the decisions of the International Court of Justice, which were adopted on February 22 in the proceedings between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan. This was stated by the UN Secretary General's spokesman Stéphane Dujarric regarding the decisions of the International Court of Justice in the proceedings between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

"The Secretary-General welcomes the confidence of the governments of Armenia and Azerbaijan in the International Court of Justice, which asked them to resolve their differences.

He reminds us that the court's judgments are mandatory and expresses hope that the parties will fulfill their obligations, including ensuring the unimpeded movement of people, vehicles, and cargo in both directions through the Lachin Corridor.
