The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, announced that official Yerevan did not consider Baku's proposal to open a checkpoint on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border acceptable.
At the same time, he emphasized that Armenia rejected this proposal without explaining.
