Official Washington responded to President Vladimir Putin's statements about ending Russia's participation in the "Strategic Offensive Weapons-3" (DSNV) contract.
US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken stated that Washington is ready to talk with Moscow about arms limitations at any time. He said Russia's decision to stop participating in the CIS is "disappointing and irresponsible."
