"2024 The presidential elections will be held strictly in accordance with the law," Putin

"The law and democratic procedures will hold the presidential elections of 2024 in the Russian Federation," Vladimir Putin said in his address to the national assembly.
"I would like to emphasize that in September of this year, the elections of both local and regional government bodies and in 2024, the presidential elections will be held strictly by the law, observing all democratic constitutional procedures," said Putin.
According to him, the leading political forces are united in the main issue. "And the main thing for all of us is the safety and well-being of the people, sovereignty, and national interests," Putin said.
