Blinken discussed support for Ukraine in the meeting with Erdogan

The press service of the State Department reported that US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara on Monday. 

The two leaders discussed the issue of supporting Ukraine and the need for cooperation in defense, energy, trade, and collective security issues.

In addition, Blinken reaffirmed the US intention to provide necessary assistance to Turkey to overcome the consequences of the recent powerful earthquakes.
