The spokesperson of the US State Department, Ned Price, stated that the Nagorno-Karabakh issue is also discussed in the conversations of the Secretary of State with the officials of Azerbaijan.
"When the Secretary of State talks with Azerbaijani counterparts, they discuss a wide range of issues, including Nagorno-Karabakh and regional issues, but there is also a broader conversation about human rights.
We always emphasize the latter in the case of all countries, including Azerbaijan. Because the protection of human rights, in turn, strengthens the bilateral relations of our countries," said Ned Price.
