Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia stopped implementing the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) because "they were politicized and biased, which is unacceptable."
Today, during a meeting of judges of arbitration and military courts, as well as courts of general jurisdiction, Putin reminded that in March of last year, Russia left the Council of Europe and in September - from the jurisdiction of the ECHR.
