"On February 14-15, NATO defense ministers in Brussels will discuss the possibility of supplying aircraft to Ukraine, which, however, will take a lot of time," said Jens Stoltenberg, the alliance's general secretary, during the press conference held on the eve of the meeting.
"Our sending of planes with pilots to ensure a no-fly zone in Ukraine will be considered NATO's participation in the conflict, but only the supply of planes does not make NATO a participant in the conflict," Stoltenberg said.
