At the press conference dedicated to the results of the participation of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, at the EU summit, the head of the European Council, Charles Michel, announced that the EU is working on the 10th package of sanctions and considering it fair and legal to use Russian assets to reconstruct Ukraine.
"The EU remains fully committed to pressure on the Kremlin. The 10th package of sanctions is being developed. As for the frozen assets of the Russian Federation, it is fair and legal for them to be used for the benefit of Ukraine, for the restoration of Ukraine," Michel said.
