"The special operation in Ukraine will end before the end of the year," Kadirov

Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov believes that the special operation in Ukraine will be completed by the end of the year.
He stated this while answering the question of when it will be possible to restore air communication with EU countries.
"The European states will admit the wrongness of their actions; the West will kneel, and, as always, the European states will cooperate with Russia in all spheres. It cannot be otherwise," Kadyrov said.
