Turkish Emergency Situations Prevention and Consequences Elimination Department (AFAD) reported that a 4.4-magnitude earthquake occurred off the coast of Turkey's Hatay province in the Mediterranean Sea.
The tremors were recorded at 02:29 a.m. local time, 50.7 km from the Yailadagh region, located on the border of Turkey and Syria, near the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.
The epicenter of the earthquake was located at a depth of 44.17 km.
