"There is no dialogue between Russia and Ukraine." Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation

"There is no dialogue between Russia and the US on the issue of Ukraine now," Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said, adding that he knows nothing about the alleged contacts of US CIA chief William Burns with the Russian side.
"I don't know anything about such contacts, and in principle, it is not clear where such news comes from and for what purpose," Ryabkov told reporters.
It should be noted that, according to Russian sources, Burns offered Moscow 20% of the territory of Ukraine in exchange for peace.
