The father and brother of an Armenian eco-activist were arrested in Moscow

The father and brother of Russian eco-activist, and participant of the "Fridays for future" movement Arshak Makichyan, were arrested in Moscow on February 1. Makichyan stated that this happened after the appeal session of the court in the case of depriving him, his father, and his brother of Russian citizenship.
"After leaving the court, they arrested my father, found my brother in the city, and arrested him. Now it is unclear what will happen next. They said that they are arresting him because he has fake documents, but that is absurd," said the activist in Germany.
