Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated in an interview with "CNN" that he is ready to discuss the proposal to become a mediator in the negotiations between Ukraine and Russia if it is received from both warring parties and the United States.
Netanyahu added that he is "not imposing his candidacy" and that such talks should take place "at the right time and under the right circumstances."
