The "Reuters" agency reported that Lynn Tracy, the new United States ambassador to Russia, was attacked by a group of protesters who chanted anti-American slogans.
A group of pro-Kremlin protesters chanted anti-American slogans at the entrance of the Russian Foreign Ministry, where the newly appointed US ambassador to Russia came to hand over her credentials.
It is worth noting that in response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the USA started supplying weapons to Kyiv, including battle tanks, and imposed new economic sanctions against Moscow, which led to a recent increase in tension between the two states.
