The spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, referred to the EU's civilian monitoring mission during the weekly press conference. The name EU hides NATO's role in the region with all its problems. We are convinced that the guarantor of peace in the area is the peacekeepers of the Russian Federation and the border guards of the Russian Federation in Armenia."
