The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has accused the Iranian side of not fulfilling its obligations to ensure the security of the Embassy of Azerbaijan.
"As the country where the embassy is located, the Iranian side had to fulfill its obligations arising from the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations to ensure the safety of the Azerbaijani embassy and its employees," the statement said.
