Where in Europe do most people over 100 live?

Over the last few decades, there has been a steady increase in the number of long-lived and "super-long-lived" people, over 110 in Europe and around the world. And that growth trend, according to scientists' predictions, will be preserved. According to the European statistical agency Eurostat, by 2050, more than 500 thousand people over 100 will live in the countries of the European Union.

The number of long-lived people over 100 years old is 25,976 in France, 20,465 in Germany, and about 23,000 in Russia with a population of 145 million. Italy is in fourth place with 17,177 longevity.
