Serbian president may resign

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic considered his resignation possible if it "could save the country." He announced this in his address to the population.

"If there were a need to preserve the state somehow and give time, I would not hesitate. Now is not the moment, but I would not hesitate," he said, answering the question about his readiness to leave the post of president. According to him, this is his last presidential term. Vucic emphasized that he was "a soldier of his country" and promised to be guided by the interests of Serbia when making decisions.
