Today, the heads of foreign affairs of the EU countries gathered in Brussels to decide the fate of the next tranche of military aid to Ukraine for 500 million euros.
Last week it became known that the Hungarian government intends to block the agreement. However, before the start of the meeting, the high representative of the European Union, Josep Borel, expressed hope that the deal would be reached in the end.
