"The Armenian side avoids peace negotiations. Armenia refused to participate in the meeting in Moscow a day before. It also led to an impasse in the negotiation process. They should understand that the progress of the peace process is no less important for Armenia than for Azerbaijan," Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said.
Bayramov noted that Azerbaijan initiated the implementation of the peace agenda. "We are taking the initiative to continue the negotiations," Bayramov added.
