The European Parliament voted in favor of creating a tribunal for Putin

The European Union and its members will seek to establish a special international court to prosecute the crime of aggression against Ukraine by the military-political leadership of Russia. It is stated in the resolution of the European Parliament, adopted in Strasbourg on January 19, to which 472 deputies voted for, 19 against, and 33 abstained.

The European Parliament has decided that a special tribunal, similar to the post-World War II Nuremberg Trials, where Nazi leaders were tried, should be established in close cooperation with Ukraine and the international community.
