Volker Türk, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, calls for immediate and complete provision of free and safe movement through the Lachin Corridor.
"Unrestricted access to food, medicine, and other basic goods and services is essential for the realization of the rights of the affected population," the Twitter page said.
