The Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denis Shmygal, announced that the EU allocated macro-financial aid to Ukraine for 18 billion euros. Moreover, Kyiv will receive the first tranche already this week.
"Ukraine and the EU recently signed a memorandum of understanding on providing macro-financial assistance for 18 billion euros. This week we expect to receive a tranche of 3 billion euros," Schmigal wrote on Twitter.
