"The Times of India" newspaper reported on Thursday that India is receiving the third batch of Russian C-400 "Triumph" anti-aircraft missile complexes.
"The deliveries of the third batch of C-400 missiles from Russia to India started with some delay due to the anti-Russian sanctions," the sources told the newspaper.
