Ukraine demanded the "Buk" systems back from Georgia

Andrey Kasyanov, the charge d'affaires of Ukrainian affairs in Georgia, announced that Ukraine had asked Georgia to return the "Buk" anti-aircraft missile complexes, which Kyiv transferred to Tbilisi in 2008.

Kasyanov said that Kyiv asked Tbilisi to hand over the Javelin anti-tank missile systems, which Georgia received from the USA. According to the diplomat, the USA has given its consent and is ready to replace them with newer complexes for Georgia.
