One of the most notorious spies of the Cold War has been released in the United States

After more than 20 years of imprisonment in the United States, Ana Montes, one of the most famous spies of the Cold War, was released.

Montes, now 65, worked as an intelligence analyst for the Pentagon and spied for Cuba.

After her arrest in 2001, U.S. officials claimed that she disclosed almost all of U.S. intelligence operations in Cuba.

According to one of them, Montes was one of the most dangerous agents ever arrested by the American special services, which caused enormous damage to the United States.
