Citing the Ministry of Defense, the ANI agency reported that India's Defense Procurement Board, headed by Defense Minister Rajpath Singh, has approved the purchase of new Pralay 120 medium-range solid-fueled quasi-ballistic missiles.
Missiles with non-nuclear warheads will be deployed on India's border with China and Pakistan.
Pralay can hit targets at a distance of 150 to 500 km. The range of the missile can be extended.
