The monument of Catherine II was dismantled in Odessa

The statue of the founder of Odessa, Empress of Russia Catherine II, was dismantled in Odessa.

The photos were published on the Telegram channel by Kirill Tymoshenko, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

The sculptures of Grigory Potemkin, Commander-in-Chief of the Southern Army of the Russian Empire, Platon Zubov, Governor-General of the Novorossiysk Region, Engineer Franz de Volan, and Vice-Admiral Joseph de Ribas, which were part of the statue group of Catherine II, were also dismantled.
