Citing Indian Ministry of Defense sources, the Times of India newspaper reported that the first joint exercise between the Indian and Japanese air forces, Veer Guardian, will occur from January 16-26. They will be held at Hyakuri and Iruma airbases in Japan. T
India will send four Su-30 fighter jets, two Globemaster III transport aircraft, an Il-78 airlifted, and 150 troops to the exercise. Japan will launch F-2 and F-15 fighters in them.
