"Armenia and Azerbaijan decide the content of the future peace treaty," Lavrov

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, answering the journalist's question whether Russia hopes that Armenia and Azerbaijan will sign a peace treaty in the coming months and whether the status of Nagorno Karabakh will be mentioned in it, said: "It is more logical to address this question to the negotiating parties, that is, Baku and Yerevan.
They define the dynamics of contacts and determine the content of the future peace treaty. Russia, which is connected with Azerbaijan and Armenia by strategic partnership and alliance relations, supports this process in every possible way, in the form and scope that our Azerbaijani and Armenian friends are interested in," added Lavrov.
