The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmitry Kuleba, told the Associated Press that the Ukrainian government seeks to hold a summit in February 2023 on the peace resolution proposed by Kyiv.
UN Secretary-General António Guterres is considered in the role of mediator.
"Every war ends as a result of actions taken on the battlefield and at the negotiating table. The UN could be the best platform for holding such a summit because it does not mean serving a particular country. It about involves everyone," Kuleba said.
