Russia spends military reserves in large numbers, but the difference with the Ukrainian military-industrial complex is enormous; Kyiv will not have accounts soon, Russian President Vladimir Putin said, according to reports from RIA Novosti.
"Now I don't know the numbers, how many shells we use per day, for example. Those are big numbers. But the difference between our opponents and us lies in the Ukrainian military-industrial complex, if it has not been completely nullified, is rapidly moving towards it. Soon there will be no base," Putin told reporters.
He added that the Russian base is "only growing" and will increase, but not to the detriment of other sectors of the economy.
