Ukraine has received $28 billion in financial aid from international partners since the Russian attack in February. First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko said during the briefing.
Head of the National Bank of Ukraine, Andriy Pishny, said that the country's international financial support would exceed $31 billion by the end of the year.
