Wang Yi, a member of the State Council of China and Minister of Foreign Affairs, addressed the 17th meeting of national coordinators on cooperation between China and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) countries through a video link.
"Regardless of the change in the international situation, both sides should take as a basis the implementation of the consensus reached at the China-CAEC summit in Beijing to contribute to its stability, coordination, transparency, and the increase of universal interest and the development of cooperation," said the statement of the Chinese Foreign Ministry.
