The State Duma of Russia adopted the bill on punishing sabotage with up to life imprisonment in the second reading. The bill was discussed and adopted at the plenary session of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
"The adoption of the bill is a fundamentally important step necessary for the defense of our country. This is the general opinion of all factions of the State Duma," said Vyacheslav Volodin, the speaker of the Russian State Duma.
