A Thai navy ship capsized in the Gulf of Siam during a storm on Sunday night, leaving more than 100 sailors in need of rescue. Authorities have announced that there are still 28 sailors left in the water after the Sukhothai sank.
No casualties have been reported, but three crew members are in critical condition.
Officials said the vessel sank after water flooded its hull and caused a short circuit in the electrical compartment.
