The European Parliament recognized "Holodomor" as a genocide of Ukrainians

The European Parliament recognized "Holodomor" as a genocide of the Ukrainian people. On December 15, 507 members of the European Parliament voted in favor of the corresponding resolution, and 12 voted against it.

Several countries have already made such a decision. On November 30, the German Bundestag voted in favor of the corresponding resolution. "The Holodomor is included in the list of human-hating crimes of totalitarian systems, resulting in millions of people being destroyed in Europe in the first half of the 20th century.

Ukraine suffered from famine and repression, not only in its grain regions. From today's point of view, in terms of history and politics, it should be described as genocide", they announced in Berlin.
