Erdogan proposed to Putin to hold a meeting between the leaders of Turkey and Syria

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced that during a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, he proposed to hold a meeting of the leaders of Turkey, Russia, and Syria, and before that, a meeting of the heads of the Ministry of Defense, Foreign Ministry and intelligence services.

"I explained one more thing that we want to take a step as a trilateral union of Syria-Turkey-Russia. For that, first, our intelligence services should meet, then the ministers of defense and foreign ministers. After their meetings, it is worth gathering with the leaders. I proposed it to Mr. Putin, and he responded positively to it. Thus, we will start a series of meetings," Erdogan said.
