The European Union and NATO, after a long delay, will soon formally ask Russia to withdraw its troops from the territory of Ukraine and promise full support to the authorities in Kyiv.
This was stated in "Politico" magazine, which refers to the draft of the new joint declaration.
One of the diplomats told the newspaper that the document includes another section dedicated to China and added at the initiative of Germany.
