Minsk's debt to Moscow increased by 1.9% in one year to 8.5 billion dollars. In second place is Bangladesh, whose debt reached 4.4 billion, almost a third more than a year ago. In third place is India, whose debt increased by 11.7%, reaching 3.3 billion dollars.
For the first time since the beginning of the 1990s, Iran appeared on the list of Russian debtors. According to last year's results, he owed six million dollars. Tehran's first debt to Moscow was registered in 1992. At that time, it was 251.3 thousand dollars.
