Spokesman of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov commented on the possibility of a possible tripartite meeting between Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan before the end of the year.
"So far, there are no concrete agreements. An informal meeting of the leaders of the CIS member states is planned, where at least three of them will at least have the opportunity to negotiate," said Peskov, press secretary of the Russian President, answering the question about a possible meeting of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia in Russia.
